Cabify is looking for a Growth Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and strategy needed to grow the business with a focus on healthy unit economics and effective monetization.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in growth, strategy, operations, or business analytics areas, ideally in technology, logistics, fintech, e-commerce, or marketplaces
- Proven experience leading teams and developing talent in different geographies
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and mastery of tools such as Excel, SQL, and visualization platforms (Looker, Tableau, Data Studio, etc.)
- Ability to connect strategy with execution, from vision to operational delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and team alignment skills
- High proactivity, sense of urgency, and focus on continuous improvement
