Requirements

• Profound knowledge of methods in Requirements Engineering (RE), process modeling, and basic IT knowledge
• Several years of relevant professional experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer, preferably in the Public Sector
• Very good knowledge of form or process management systems, as well as practical experience in requirement gathering and strategy documentation
• Proven ability to think and act beyond the project context of various project types
• Experience in the application of agile methods
• Fun and proven experience in workshop moderation
• Very good German and good English skills in writing and speech
