Director of Change Management

Inizio Partners is recruiting for a Director of Change Management for a Nasdaq-listed global data analytics and solutions company. The role involves transforming the organization to support its business strategy through change management actions. Preference is given to candidates with a big 4 consulting background and experience in the insurance industry, especially from the east coast.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in organizational change management
• Demonstrated communications and change management experience
• Ability to employ research and analytical thinking
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing environments
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications and training development tools
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
