They are seeking a Head of Grants Reporting to ensure financial accountability and transparency, oversee grant financials, and strengthen donor relationships across their countries (Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan). The role involves leading a team and championing an affirmative action approach.
Requirements
- Lead the preparation and submission of accurate, timely, and donor-compliant financial reports.
- Monitor grant spending and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
- Serve as a key liaison for finance-related donor queries and develop strong donor relationships.
- Strengthen systems and processes for efficient grant financial reporting.
- Leadership experience managing diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
