Recovery Associate - Farchana

Inkomoko is a rapidly growing social enterprise focused on supporting entrepreneurs in East and Central Africa. They are seeking a Recovery Associate to actively manage defaulted loans, oversee loan monitoring, and facilitate debt recovery through site visits, communication, and collection efforts. This role contributes to sustainable livelihoods and community development through loan recovery support.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, law, or related field.
• 2+ years of banking experience in MFIs, focusing on credit monitoring/loan recovery.
• Fluent in French, basic English, and Arabic.
• Knowledge of MFIs, credit risk management, fraud management, and Legal Procedures.
