Job Description
Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. is seeking a Documentary Management Technician to manage, organize, and conserve paper and digital documents. The successful candidate will ensure the application of documentary and procedural standards to guarantee the accessibility, reliability, and security of information resources.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- DEC in document techniques or an equivalence
- Certificate in document and archives management or an equivalence
- Knowledge of documentary management and archivist standards
- Master of electronic document management tools (EDM)
- Sense of organization and priority management
- Analytical capacity, rigor, and attention to detail
- Customer-oriented approach
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality rules
- Bilingualism (French and English, both spoken and written)
