Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. is seeking a Wind Turbine Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on wind turbines. The ideal candidate will have experience in wind turbine operation or maintenance, be resourceful and able to work under pressure, and have a strong sense of responsibility.

Requirements

• High sense of responsibility, good work, and a safe attitude at all times
• Resourceful and having a strong ability to work under pressure
• Ability to perform manual work or supervision outdoors despite harsh weather conditions
• Ability to climb a 80-meter vertical ladder without assistance and perform high-altitude work
• Valid class 5 driver's license
• Experience acquired on the operation or maintenance of wind turbines
• Fluency in French
• Wind turbine maintenance certification
• Electromechanical or electrical training will be considered and preferred
• Good knowledge of computer systems: experience with SCADA systems and automation will be an asset
