Training Project Expert (m/f/d) German Speaker - Maternity Replacement for 1 year

We are looking for a Training Project Expert to lead the continuous improvement of INNIO’s LMS and Training Center web app, manage training reporting, and develop effective training courses for adults.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in education, business or comparable studies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Several years of experience in comparable role in training & development in technical and commercial environment
• Strong digital skills: expert in MS-Office, modern web tools, reporting software (e.g., Tableau), JIRA and Learning Management Systems
