Advanced System Administrator - NOC

Managed Service Providers (MSPs) are looking for skilled technicians to handle back-end infrastructure support and advanced second-level support of service requests in a professional & timely manner. Advanced System Administrators have effective communication skills, problem-solving skills, and experience with managing servers and SMB network infrastructures.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of IT or related domain experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good conceptual understanding of Windows architecture
• At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience on Wintel
• At least 2 years of experience in end-user technical support
• At least one year of hands-on experience in one of the following technologies: Active Directory, O365, or Azure
