Manage back-end infrastructure support, advanced second-level support of service requests, and manage service desk team responsibilities. Provide professional IT support to customers, monitor IT infrastructure, and troubleshoot issues.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of IT or related domain
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Graduate degree in any stream, preferably in computer science or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in end-user technical support
- Hands-on experience with Wintel and Networking
- Strong customer service experience, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Server and Network Administration and Troubleshooting
- Good knowledge and experience of Server Roles i.e., AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, File & Print, RDS,etc.
- Hands-on experience working on Hyper-V and VMware
- Advanced knowledge of Firewalls, Switching, and Routing
- Knowledge of backups and storage i.e., SAN and NAS
- Hands-on experience with Wintel networking
- Experienced in networking monitoring tools
- Experience with data center monitoring and ops is good to have
