Job Description
Inova Loudoun Hospital is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to oversee nursing practice, clinical operations, and ensure adherence to best practices. This role involves significant decision-making, strategic direction, and representation of nursing services within the hospital. The CNO will also work with senior management and represent nursing services at quality committee meetings.
Requirements
- Certification - Nurse Executive Advanced Board Certified
- Registered Nurse License in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- 5 years of senior-level management experience
- 10 years of clinical experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's Degree (MSN)
- Master's degree in business or health-related field
