Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, sales or customer service
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Strong understanding of SaaS, tech or service-based industries is a plus
• Experience with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing tools
• Familiarity with marketing automation or customer engagement tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot) preferred
• Familiarity with hospitality or retail industries is a strong plus
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
