This multifaceted role combines transaction coordination, property management assistance, and compliance oversight to ensure smooth operations, regulatory accuracy, and exceptional client service.
Requirements
- Industry Experience: Ideally 2-3 years of experience in the real estate / brokerage operations required.
- Geographic Knowledge: Preference for candidates with working knowledge or experience doing business in the State of Florida real estate market.
- Language: Spanish proficiency is a plus, especially for candidates based in Latin America
