Senior Medical Underwriter

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a medical underwriter
• Strong knowledge of the Dutch AOV disability insurance market and regulatory environment
• Familiarity with medical terminology, occupational risks, and underwriting practices of leading market players
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in Dutch (written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., medicine, nursing, insurance, or business)
• Certification or training in medical underwriting is highly desirable
