Employee Experience (EX) and Communications Partner

Lead enterprise-wide communications and employee experience strategies at Insignia Financial, with focus on the Technology, Finance and People & Culture Divisions. Partner with senior leaders to deliver impactful messaging and moments that matter.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in communications, People & Culture, or organisational change, ideally within financial services
• Tertiary qualifications in Communications, HR, Organisational Development, or related fields
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities across all levels
• Experience delivering enterprise-wide engagement initiatives and events
• Tech fluency across comms platforms (e.g. Zoom, Teams, email marketing tools, Microsoft Office suite)
• A strategic mindset with a passion for creating meaningful employee experiences
• Strong project management, planning, and execution skills
