Shadforth Financial Group is seeking a Head of Shadforth in Perth, WA. The successful candidate will lead a large team of 24 direct reports, responsible for the P&L of the State and delivery of agreed growth plans. The role involves leading and developing a team of Private Wealth Advisers, building a strong presence in the State market, and implementing national policies and standards.

Requirements

• Proven track record in leading and motivating a large advice team
• Solid financial planning experience
• Passion for sales and developing referral sources for new business
• Strong marketing, sales and client service leadership experience
• Ability to manage change and lead the team with influence
• Tertiary and Industry qualifications
