Store Manager in Training (MIT)

Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Store Manager in Training (MIT) in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have experience in a supervisory role and be able to lead a team to provide excellent customer service and upsell products.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or retail store
• Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff
• Prior Point of Sale (POS) systems experience
• Ability to utilize MS Office, Word and our Applicant Tracking System
