Our client is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Director of Operations to oversee their entire supply chain and manufacturing operations, from start to finish.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in manufacturing configurable products, including managing a manufacturing team and implementing process improvements.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide transparent reporting to leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, NetSuite preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business, or equivalent experience.
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed, with solid communication and team collaboration skills.
