Job Description
We're looking for a VIP Account Manager (Luxury Fashion) to join our team at Inspiration Commerce Group (ICG). You'll partner with high net-worth individuals and celebrities to onboard them to our portfolio companies and ensure a delightful customer journey. You'll source and onboard new customers, review and consign luxury items, and act as a Personal Shopper to curate their wardrobe.
Requirements
- Business Development: source and onboard new customers
- Luxury Consignment: review and consign luxury items
- New/Next Season Purchasing: act as a Personal Shopper to curate wardrobe
- Escalated Tier 1 Customer Support: dedicated point of contact and escalation point
