Job Description
We're looking for a VIP Account Manager to partner with our VIP customers in luxury fashion to onboard them to our portfolio companies and ensure a delightful customer journey.
Requirements
- Business Development: source and onboard new customers to the ICG ecosystem
- Luxury Consignment: help customers monetize their closet and make money off their pre-loved luxury/designer items
- New/Next Season Purchasing: act as a Personal Shopper to help customers find the best deals and curate their wardrobe
- Escalated Tier 1 Customer Support: provide dedicated point of contact and escalation point for any questions, issues or concerns
