The ideal candidate will have a teaching qualification, excellent subject knowledge, and experience working in the primary, secondary, or college sector.

Requirements

• Teaching qualification (PGCE with QTS)
• Excellent subject knowledge
• Awareness of how to motivate students who may be highly anxious or whose circumstances may be challenging
• Knowledge of correct and up to date safeguarding procedures and regulations
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to work well in independently and within a team
• Change and business improvement focused
• Able to work effectively in dynamic and changing environments
• Experience working in the primary, secondary, or college sector
• Experience working in state or independent school sector
• Experience creating resources and the ability to review and enhance our current course delivery
• Computer Literate with the ability to teach online using technology applications
