We are looking for a Training Associate to execute customer-facing training programs, requiring 1 year of experience in customer-facing training, onboarding, or support roles. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Requirements

• 1 year in a customer-facing training, onboarding, or support role (preferably in healthcare or SaaS)
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual
• Experience delivering engaging training content
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
