Director, Specialized Foster Care

Inspiritus is seeking a Director of Specialized Foster Care who can lead the CFS team in the changing SFC landscape. The Director is responsible for the day-to-day and supervision of the staff within the Specialized Foster Care program, which focuses on children with high medical acuity and behavioral needs.

Requirements

• Plans, organizes, and coordinates the development, implementation, and management of Specialized Foster Care Services.
• Has extensive knowledge of foster home recruitment and retention, including regulations that govern recruitment in the state of Georgia.
• Holds Structured Analysis Family Evaluation (SAFE) Certification.
• Experience developing and training foster families and staff.
• Facilitates the processing of RBWO foster parent reimbursements, county reimbursements, and monthly prebill, including recoupment of outstanding payments.

Benefits

• Annual Compensation - $80,000 - $85,000
• Mostly Virtual/Remote with some on-site required, Travel (0 – 25%)
• Monday through Friday; 8:30AM – 5:00PM
