We're seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the development of Instacart's outbound enterprise product motion, collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver cohesive, enterprise-ready solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B product management or similar experience
- 5+ years in ecommerce / retail technology
- Strong experience operating at the intersection of product and go-to-market
- 2+ years of direct experience in enterprise-facing roles
- Proven ability to build trust with executives
- Strong leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex product problems
- Strong product vision and communication skills
- Proven customer and product strategy ability
