Law student with excellent research and writing skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

5+ yrs lit. in federal/state court. Pass all qualifications on writing sample. Must be an active member of the state bar and flexible to work from elsewhere

2-4 years of accounting experience, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

Requires excellent writing/communication skills, background in constitutional law, and a strong writing sample demonstrating complex reasoning. Experience in litigation before a clerkship or in between is desired

7+ years of policy, advocacy, or campaign work experience, proven track record of managing projects and supervising staff, strong writing, communication, and project management skills

Excellent writing and communication skills, judicial clerkship experience (not required, but strongly preferred)

Passion for civil liberties, interest in IJ and its mission, and ability to fill a desired position

0-2 years of litigation experience, excellent writing and communication skills, and a passion for limiting government power

3-6 yrs investigative/reporting experience. Strong writing and media monitoring skills. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. Data-driven experience preferred
