Job Description
The Institute for Justice is seeking lawyers in between judicial clerkships to participate in the Bingham Fellowship program. This one-year paid position offers hands-on experience litigating constitutional cases and advancing the rule of law, with opportunities for client interaction and mentorship. Fellows will work directly with clients and benefit from expert media training.
Requirements
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong background in constitutional law
- Strong writing sample (legal brief or memo)
- Understanding of complex legal reasoning
