Consultant, Human Resources (Direct Distribution)

We are looking for a Human Resources Consultant to join our Intact Direct Distribution HR team! Requirements

• Bachelor degree with a Human Resources specialization or a combination of education and work experience.
• CHRP and/or CHRL designation completed or in progress is an asset.
• 3 years of experience as a Human Resources Consultant role, including at least 2 years focused on employee relations in a high-volume work environment.
• Technical, up-to-date expertise in Human Resources and employment legislation.
• Bilingualism (French / English) is required considering the need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
