We are looking for a Human Resources Consultant to join our Corporate Personal Lines and Commercial Lines team. This is a temporary secondment/contract employment opportunity for an approximate 8-month duration.
Requirements
- Provide professional HR coaching and advice to selected business groups
- Work in collaboration to with peers to provide support and professional guidance related to human resources management
- Participate in the management committees of the assigned group(s)
- Assist with investigations, assist managers in conflict management and other issues
- Participate in local or national projects and deployment of corporate initiatives and programs
- Search, analyze data and recommend potential solutions to a variety of tactical and operational issues in human resources management
- Facilitate focus group, training workshops and information sessions for employees and/or managers
- Conduct exit interviews
- Collaborate and work with managers on the HR cycle
- Make salary recommendations based on compensation best practices
- Support Senior Consultants in all types of mandates and contribute to the HR process improvement
