We're looking for an Appraiser II to join our growing team! The role involves determining the causes and origin of damage, assessing and approving repair estimates, and using digital automated evaluation systems to standardize repair estimates.
Requirements
- College Diploma or University Degree or equivalent Trade's person licence or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
- Collision estimating or repair experience, including knowledge of estimating software (Audatex and Mitchell).
- Comprehensive knowledge of the principles and techniques of automobile physical damage repairs and replacement.
- Commitment to continuing education.
- Minimum 7-10 years experience in the collision repair industry
- Strong analytical skills to define problems/issues, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to prepare auto repair estimates using Audatex.
- Effective verbal communication skills and good written communication skills to draft claims reports.
- Must be customer driven.
