Senior Administrative Support

As a Senior Administrative Support Agent, you will provide administrative support to our managers and teams in their day-to-day activities, including data entry, orders, event coordination, and expense management. You will work alongside our Personal and Commercial underwriting teams and be at the heart of what we do best: helping people.

Requirements

• Administrative Technician or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience in an office environment
• Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and able to effectively manage workflow without continuous supervision
• Team spirit and positive attitude
• Ability and willingness to learn
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
