Unit Claims Manager - Property job description. We're looking for a Unit Claims Manager, Property, to join our growing team! As a Unit Claims Manager for a Property team based out of Mississauga, you will be responsible for providing leadership and technical expertise to a team of claims professionals.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years work experience in claims handling or prior leadership experience
• Property claims experience is an asset
• University degree or any combination of training and experience deemed relevant for the role
• Completed or are working toward a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation
• Leadership skills including the ability to motivate and coach staff to deliver results
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-driven attitude and an advocate of leading change
• Ability to analyse and interpret data to drive innovation
