Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to provide fast, efficient, and effective IT and communications support across the organization.
Requirements
- Degree in IT or equivalent technical qualifications.
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft 365, Azure Administrator, networking, Intune, Endpoint Manager, or ServiceNow (preferred).
- Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, JIRA), automation tools, and cybersecurity awareness.
- Familiarity with cloud security, MFA, and zero-trust concepts.
- Excellent spoken and written communication in English.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support or IT administration.
