Manager - Sales & Business Development

We're looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Manager - Sales & Business Development. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree, minimum 7-8 years of industry experience, and strong leadership skills.

Requirements

• Manage the sales topline budget, ensuring revenue growth through budget monitoring and pipeline oversight.
• Develop a comprehensive customer contact database, identify key decision-makers, and engage with local and overseas buyers to expand the customer base.
• Analyze market conditions, identify fabric trends, and maintain market pricing structures to meet customer requirements effectively.
• Implement pricing strategies that balance profitability and market expansion.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of customer buying cycles and align product presentations accordingly.
• Assess product portfolio needs and coordinate with development teams to identify business opportunities.
• Work closely with development and sampling teams to ensure sufficient capacity for customer demands.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and actively participate in development and pre-production meetings.
• Prepare monthly sales and marketing reports for management decision-making.
• Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring training, resource allocation, and performance-driven accountability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational challenges efficiently.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required by management.
