Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Head of Business Development and Sales to lead sales performance, drive business growth, and strengthen customer relationships within the transportation and logistics sector.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree (UGC-approved) or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum of 5 years experience (including at least 3 years at Assistant Manager level)
- Proven experience in Air Express (Courier) and/or Freight Forwarding (Air/Ocean Freight) sales
- Strong track record in driving results, influencing stakeholders, and developing diverse talent
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and sales strategy skills with an analytical approach
- Solid customer service attitude with strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows applications
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
