Requirements
- Recruit new customers
- Maintain effective relationships with existing customers and improve service levels
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by Regional Manager and Senior Management
- Create and submit quarterly and monthly business reports to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with sales team members and actively support each other's sales activities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Find opportunities for product improvement and collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams
- Acquire knowledge of diseases and technical knowledge in addition to product knowledge
- Consult on product specifications in the operating room
- Follow company procedures and rules to achieve results within a set budget
- Complete administrative tasks related to sales activities with a strict deadline
- Perform other projects related to sales activities as needed
