Job Description
As the Senior Director, Events, you will lead Global Event strategy and plans, working with regional leads to drive adoption and adaption of centralized strategy & best practices. You will be responsible for building impactful experiences and programming strategic thought leadership across tentpole, industry, and partner events.
Requirements
- Develop and implement Event strategy & plans and report out against quantitative goals
- Own the centralized Global Event strategy and best practices
- Coach and develop skills across the Events team
- Champion cross-functional collaboration across the Marketing team and the organization
- Lead owned & operated event speakership programming end to end
- Identify paid event speakership opportunities and thematics
- Conduct post event surveys and ongoing feedback loops with internal event attendees
- Report on Global Events Sales pipeline impact and ROI
