Senior Director, Demand Generation

IAS is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of Demand Generation to lead global campaigns, pipeline growth, and inbound marketing engine. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B SaaS and/or ad tech, be passionate about data-driven marketing, and have a proven track record of scaling pipeline and revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or related roles, with 5+ years in a leadership position; experience in ad tech, martech, SaaS, or a related digital media field strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling integrated demand generation programs that deliver sales pipeline and % of revenue.
• Deep expertise in ABM digital marketing, inbound and outbound tactics, and lead nurturing.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo (or similar MAP), ABM platform, marketing analytics, and attribution modeling.
• Exceptional leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to analyze, interpret, and act on marketing and revenue metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; comfortable with executive-level audiences.
