Job Description
The Data Center Lead supports the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center to administer, maintain, secure, and accredit the DLIFLC Academic Network.
Requirements
- BA/BS from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5+ years experience in Network Engineering or substitute with AA/AS with 7+ years experience.
- IAT Level II (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) Certification and CE/OS Certification.
- Secret Clearance.
- 7 years of progressive experience in serving as a system administrator.
- Experience leading a team.
- Experience maintaining a high availability datacenter.
- Experience with Amazon, Microsoft, or Google cloud services.
- Experience with VMware vSphere platform.
- Extensive experience in both application development/sustainment as well as operational support for large, highly scalable applications.
