Rental Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Power Generation Equipment Rental Manager to lead our power generation rental operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of power generation equipment, a proven track record in rental management, and exceptional leadership skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience preferred
• Proven experience in power generation equipment rental management or a similar role
• Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving rental revenue targets
• Technical expertise in power generation systems, including diesel generators, gas turbines, and associated equipment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in rental management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards for power generation equipment
• Leadership abilities with experience in supervising and motivating teams
