Quality Assurance Associate

Integrated Resources, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to review incoming complaints for thoroughness and appropriateness in accordance with policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience, be detail-oriented, and have excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience
• Detail oriented, proactive, attention to accuracy, excellent customer service both internally and externally, good documentation skills
• Regulated industry complaint handling experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree, with degree in science or engineering preferred, but not required
