Quality Assurance Associate

Quality Assurance Associate position at Integrated Resources, Inc. Review, evaluate and accept complaints, verify initial classification, and exercise judgment to determine appropriate action. Medical Technology/clinical laboratory background preferred.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience
• Medical Technology/clinical laboratory background preferred
• Knowledge of Immunoassay or Chemistry product lines
• Excellent systems knowledge (instrument hardware as well as reagents)
• Excellent writing and organizational skills
• Good computer skills to include email, Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel
