Requirements

• In partnership with TA Lead, HR and other business partners, develop and execute hiring strategies to meet business objectives
• Manage competing priorities across multiple projects to drive the end-to-end recruitment process to successful completion
• Execute on innovative talent acquisition processes and capabilities
• Gather data to provide insights and metrics
• Provide consultation to the business re: candidate selection and assessment, establishing best practice processes for assessment and hiring decision-making
• Manage relationships (and performance) with external partners/vendors
• Ensure compliance with corporate, local, site, and federal/country guidelines
