Senior Recruiter

Integrated Resources, Inc is a premier staffing firm seeking a Senior Recruiter for a 6+ month direct client need. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including recruiting senior-level candidates, and a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related degree
• 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience
• Pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry experience preferred
• Ability to directly source talent at all levels adopting creative strategic methods
• Working knowledge of recruitment tools and services
• Understanding of HR practices and related regional Employment laws and regulations
• Ability and willingness to travel locally and nationally
• Fluency in English is required. Other language skills preferred
