IntegriChain is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Engineering to lead our Engineering capabilities and strengthen our ability to process large volumes of healthcare and pharmaceutical data at enterprise scale. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise-grade web apps for large transactional datasets, optimizing app performance, and ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements
- Hands-on professional experience in Product Engineering field building enterprise-grade applications
- Proven track record in leading geographically distributed teams (especially US & India) of Engineers (Dev & QA)
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the programming languages (Python is MUST)
- Strong skills in designing and maintaining Web Apps (Frameworks: Python-based ORM, API, Javascript)
- Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries in any relational or columnar database
- Hands-on experience in leveraging various AI models through tools (such as Copilot) for code generation, test case generation, code analysis, and code optimization
- Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) model as part of the Agile development process
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on optimized performance, fault-tolerance, and reliability
- Experience working with large-scale datasets in healthcare, pharma, or financial services is a plus
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC2) is preferred
- Ability to create and interpret technical diagrams using tools like Lucidchart
- Experience with agile & documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence
