INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health system, is seeking a Charge RN for a Baptist Medical Center 701 Medical IMC team. The Charge Nurse will be responsible for managing daily nursing operations, ensuring patient safety, and providing high-quality patient care. This role involves direct patient care, unit supervision, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

• Ensuring caregiver assignments are safe
• Supervising and coordinating patient care
• Managing patient assignments and unit workflow
• Ensuring caregivers are taking lunch breaks
• Performing safety huddles and keeping bedside shift reports updated
