RN Charge - Med Surg - Nights

INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center is seeking a full-time RN Charge Nurse in Oklahoma City, OK. The Charge Nurse will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the nursing unit, ensuring patient safety and caregiver well-being. This role requires experience managing a dependent population and familiarity with best practices in patient care. The position focuses on team leadership and coordination, utilizing the nursing process and adhering to safety standards.

Requirements

• Assisting care givers with standards of care.
• Ensuring caregiver assignments are safe.
• Supervising and coordinating patient care of licensed and non-licensed personnel.
• Managing patient assignments and unit workflow.
• Ensuring caregivers are taking lunch and breaks.
• Following huddle boards and making patient rounds.
