Job Description
INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma's largest not-for-profit health system has a great opportunity for a Pharmacist in Woodward, OK. The Pharmacist will work Full Time 7:00am-3:30pm/9:00am-5:30pm with our Pharmacy team providing exceptional care to those who have entrusted INTEGRIS Health with their healthcare needs.
Requirements
- Advises about medications, medication therapy, pharmacokinetic recommendations, nutritional information, therapeutic drug monitoring and pain management
- Verifies physician orders for safe optimal medication therapy, indications, allergies, dosing, interactions, duplications, cost-effectiveness and formulary compliance
- Compounds and dispenses all pharmaceutical products, making sure that the completed product is accurately prepared, labeled, documented, and distributed
