Pharmacist - Evenings

INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center is seeking a Pharmacist to provide safe and effective medication therapy to patients in Oklahoma City, OK. This is a part-time, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. position with a focus on patient safety and physician compliance, requiring population-specific competencies and adherence to National Patient Safety Goals.

Requirements

• Advises patients about medications and their therapy.
• Verifies physician orders for medication therapy.
• Verifies the accuracy and compliance of all work including technicians' tasks.
• Ensures proper dispensing, labeling, documentation, and distribution of pharmaceuticals.
• Compounds and dispenses pharmaceutical products.
