Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst, working with external clients and internal teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or Interactive Multimedia
- Superior listening skills, ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities, and expertise in data analysis and visualization
- Experience with Design tools, user journeys, user stories, site path diagraming, and use cases for testing
- Working experience with confluence, JIRA, Power BI, Excel, MIRO, and other tooling for data sets, mappings, and customer journeys
- Solid critical thinking skills, ability to solve problems to closing, and experience with transformation deliveries
