Job Description
This contract role involves providing mental health and personal growth support to Intellect clients through scheduled 30-minute video sessions. The position focuses on sub-clinical mental health issues and requires collaboration with the clinical team. It is ideal for supplementing current work or private practice and offers flexibility in setting business hours.
Requirements
- Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification OR Master/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling
- Skilled in coaching techniques and/or evidence-based approaches (e.g. CBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT)
- ICF Coaches must have at least 200 coaching hours
- Counsellors must have at least 300 clinical hours post graduation
- Proficiency in English and local language
